We experienced an outage with one of our BGP indirect suppliers, Eunetworks. As a result, there was network instability between 8:39 and 9:15. To address this issue, we have deactivated this path on our site while we await the completion of the repairs.

The BGP link was reactivated yesterday evening, and all services are now functioning normally. This case is now closed. We apologize for any inconvenience if this outage disrupted your service. As a reminder, in BGP routing, a problem occurring outside our network, even in another country, can potentially affect local services in Switzerland.

The upstream network operator has informed us that the issue has been resolved. However, we will wait a few more hours before reactivating this peering. In any case, this has no impact on connectivity, as we have multiple peers to ensure the connectivity of our Data Center.
